The customer service we received from my Senior Loan Officer, and everyone else involved, was well below acceptable. We were told 1 thing, and another, and then another on so many occasions that we couldn't count them all.

We had some hiccups and delays with trying to close early but I can't say that we would not have had similar issues elsewhere. I think a better job could have been done with anticipating needed documents when dealing with self employed individuals.
