Better communication regarding loan status after docs have been submitted is recommended. We went two weeks without any contact from VU regarding our refinance status and then found out that we would close later than initially told.

the only down fall is when the closing date was seculled for the 18th of December.had everything set up for other services(mail, bed delivery,cable company for internet,complete chang of address) that caused me some problems.
