50/50 on this. Some areas were good others bad. Organization Need to get better.
It was good until we got passed to Carl. He didn't responded to emails or phone calls. I'm still waiting on him to email me
Colin Parks was outstanding to work with. However, we found it difficult to get our phone calls returned buy the very people that were assigned to serve us. Even so as long a Colin is over seeing the project it should go well.
Really made the process simple. Prompt and reliable service. Made me feel appreciated for my service

Overall I was pleased. I do think underwriting goes a little over board on the documentation they needed. If there's money in my account and bills paid off that should be all you need. Having to show 50 things of proof of when and how paid is crazy.
The people I dealt the most with were Dan O'Hearn and Elizabeth Thompson. I feel they went above and beyond and really helped me. I was able to close on this loan because of their help.

I'd considered refinancing but didn't like the APRs that I was seeing. When Chris Cano called me with a rate close to my target it became a no brainer.
Worked with two other reputable lenders for two months and the couldn't close the deal by the closing date. VU and Beth Fletcher completed the closing on time and with days to spare. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers.
Except for a glitch with the paperwork that caused us to have to re-si.gn the refinance paperwork everything was great
