There was a delay due to a need for subordination on my home equity loan and I think I should have been told that there was a potential for the extended delay. The delay was at the end of the process and unexpected.
I completed the majority of the process while deployed, the team I worked with worked very hard to make everything work out even with very limited resources. My wife and I appreciate everything so much and they could not have made it any better.
