This was our first home purchase so I have no real means of comparison to judge. The transition was completed smoothly with minor delays in approval process due to required paperwork.
House buying was more stressful then I thought it would be. Down to a few days before we moved we were still not approved for our loan. With 5 kids, this can be extra stressful. Thankfully everything turned out well.
