I would say that as a company working with veterans y'all did a great job. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all the paperwork and questions we had. I know it scary and stressful for new home buyers who are looking to get that first home and not get stuck with a money pit but with the process y'all put us through it insured we where no Tom Hanks in the movie the Money Pit. Thank y'all very much and I hope I win the home prize money in July lol.
Joel, Jacob, and Vicki were very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. They always kept us updated and answered all of our questions, even before we even asked them. They walked us through every step of the buying process and made the transaction smooth. There was never a stressful moment. Very happy and pleased to work with their team. If I could rate them above a 10, I would.
Maybe a tab bit more communication especially for new or first time buyers explaining the fine print.
