This was my third house to buy. This one was a fast paced proccess because the seller wanted to do it in 30 days.This experince was almost pleasent. Will and Chris keep me informed, and went out of thier way I felt to help in all aspects.
The main problem i had was with the underwriter process.they didn't seam to have a grasp on the over all process.they would ask for bits and peaces of the documents needed.I think the whole procedure took to long.therefor i give them a poor rating.
