Generally pretty good. There were some communication issues that resulted in unnecessary confusion regarding closing cost questions and money that was supposed to be returned to me at closing.
Even with the little road blocks that came up. Stefanie and Brennan worked really hard with me to get past them. Their diligence and caring helped make the experience bearable.
My loan officer Garrett was amazing, as were the rest of staff I i interacted with. I had a wonderful experience with VU and would recommend them to anyone.
