The loan is great. The loan officer would not answer telephone calls from anybody, until I sent a fax saying "call me now", then that only worked half the time. He told me and my agent one thing, then said he would never say that.
Joe Mulia was fantastic! He took the time to explain the process of financing and answered all of my many questions. I was close to tears when my first loan (USDA) was rejected but Joe picked me up and worked to find funding that fit individual needs
