Well, I thinks six (6) weeks from pre-approval to closing is a very good thing.
Steve was excellent with everything, but had a lot of communication issues with his assistant James. Overall a good experience. Definitely would recommend Steve to family and friends.

I know it's part of the job for the under writer, but the would forget or request more documentation, paper work and information delaying the closing date. this in essences created some problems moving out of the rental I was in.
