There were times that vu was unclear on what things needed to be done in order to keep moving forward as far as inspections that were needing to be done. We were told that we needed other inspections done at the last minute. Two days before closing.

Was not told correct information and was pushed back on closing for a week and a half because was sent wrong paperwork from mortage company. Appraiser was sent out before the inspection was done and we did not want house but had to pay appraiser.
