Our home loan and process was not what I would call normal. There were some set backs, mostly our fault, and Billy and Melissa worked hard and were dedicated to helping us as much as they could.
I was very satisfied with the majority of my experience with VU. Although the process got hung up at times Josh Billington was the person who went above and beyond to help me out. Josh should be recognized for the taking that extra step to help out
