My process was quite complicated and often disappointing, lacking organization and communication. I was told one thing, only to be told something completely different. Overall, this process should have been smoother.

I can only say my recommendation for your company is the very highest. All of your people that dealt with me were outstanding. Your Internet website is very user-friendly. I liked it very much. The concierge Function was new to me and so very helpful. Great idea. The loan coordination was very user-friendly and greatly helped keep the process going in the right direction at all times. It was a team effort and I have only positive things to say about each member of the team. They did a great job.

Josh and his team made the entire home buying experience easy. I appreciated all the help I was given and how accessible everyone was anytime I had a question.
We loved working with Aslyn and Charlie. They were byfar the most useful individuals. However, when these two were unavailable someone else filled in who did not have an communication skills. If it wasnt for Ashlyn and Charlie, things would have been different.
This is the second time I used Veterans United to buy a house and it was the best decision I made...twice. The whole team was helpful, communication was amazing, and the whole process was stress free. Thank you, Veterans, United for taking the stress out of home Buying.

Right away Veterans United put me at ease. They made sure that their team got familiar with me as a client. Videos was made available to view and a 'To Do List's was put in place. Every day a team associate checked to see if I was on task with understanding the information that I was to provide and when necessary they stepped in to assist.
This is the second time I’ve used Veterans United Home Loans and must say they go above and beyond to help you every step of the way, and even after.
Want to know what clutch means? Look it up then put Ryan Schuermann’s name next to it. First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.
The team was responsive and had answers to all my questions. Very friendly service.
