Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was very professional, respectful, and seem to like what they do.
I was only disappointed on the amount of papers that we had to resign again when we had already signed them. It did take a bit longer than I was told, but I know that can happen from time to time and we did go from 1 loan officer to another. Thanks
