Was a painless and smoothe process
Veterans United was outstanding in there service, communication and clarity from the very first time I expressed interest in a home loan. From teaching me the basics to helping me close on a home while overseas, they did an OUTSTANDING job!
There are only 2 issues that made this a less than perfect experience. One, there was a slight delay in my appraisal. Second, my original loan officer left the job just before closing. Overall, however, I was very pleased with VU.
The appraisal report was just a little slow and ran uncomfortably close to the closing.
You are so blessed to have people like Nick Holman, Jeremy Grove, and Maggie Stegemann working for your company. These individuals not only are very knowledgeable in all processes associated with buying a home, they are friendly, helpful and caring.

We had to provide unnecessary paperwork to underwriter several times which could have been common sense as to why a credit report was ran for example setting up utilities for new home and why deposits all of a sudden in bank accounts (ie Payday)
Was greeted with a smile each and everytime by all the employees
