Haley and Danielle were incredible. It was clear that they truly cared about us and our experience.The underwriting team, however, I wanted to say horrible things too. Everyday, it was some new bullshit thing they had never mentioned before that they needed in order for us to close. Sometimes, it was even something we had already provided. We closed 2 days late because the underwriting team couldn't get their shit together, resulting in additional hotel and moving truck expenses. I hope they step on a lego once a day til the end of time.
Courteous and very helpful in every aspect of being helpful. Even though the process had some bumps they stuck with it til the end amazing team and service.

As a USMC Veterans, I have been trying to purchase a home for a long time. No matter what I tried it seemed like there were too many doors getting closed on us.
