Veterans United made the process of buying a home so easy for us. This was our first time buying a home together, and we have heard many horror stories in the past. We were concerned that our experience buying a home would be like those stories. Our experience with Veterans Unoted was quite the opposite. We were kept abreast of where we were in the process. Veterans United gave us far more information than we expected to receive about interest rates, the economy, and how the two were related.I would like to say very directly that Zach, Deena, and their team specifically made this process easy. Working with them felt like a dream in comparison to other stories I heard. Zach was in constant communication with me during the process. He reached out to me often to ensure my wife and I understood what was happening at each point during the process. He was always available to answer any questions that we had. Deena was just as responsive and very proactive, to include submitting inquiries with the lawyers handling the selling side of this deal. If there was information that was required and the sellers did not provide it, Deena sent professional reminders that she was still in need of items.Zach and Deena were on top of things, every second of the way. So much so, the selling agent thought that Zach and his team worked at the local Veterans United office here in Augusta. Both agents (buying and selling) sung the praises of Zach and the team. When I purchase another home I will certainly be using Veterans United again, because I only want to work with Zach. So understand, if Zach goes... I go. Lol, just joking. However, I cannot express enough just how much appreciation my wife and I have for Zach, Deena, and anyone else on the team who helped make this dream come true for us.

Want to know what clutch means? Look it up then put Ryan Schuermann’s name next to it. First home he battled to help us get through a negative situation and promised If it falls through he would take care of us and he did. Second home he was checking in almost daily to see where everyone was at in the process. Me and my wife only had to follow his lead. Even our realtor said she wish he was in her field cause she would hire him off of his tenacity!!! We love RYAN and oh he provided little gifts each month throughout the whole process. BEST EXPERIENCE through a difficult and gruesome process.

The Veterans United Team headed up by Ryan Ashburn has been a life saver for my family and I. They have followed us through the entire process from start to finish. Ryan began before we sold our house in California and helped us through our move here to Hawaii. He suggested realtors and other agencies through our move. After finding a home here in Hawaii he was with us the entire way through the loan process. He assisted us with the Hawaii Disabled Veterans Home tax exemption process and he remains a close friend.
