Steve was fantastic to work with throughout our refinance process. He originally helped guide us through the process when we were planning to purchase our home, but due to lender issues outside of his control we had to postpone and come back about six months later. When we finally returned to refinance, Steve picked right back up.What really stood out to me was how available he made himself. Even when he was on vacation or away from the office, something I absolutely would not expect, he still took the time to answer questions and resolve issues.
