My experience with Veteran's United has been OUTSTANDING, My loan officer Durell Cope was BRILLIANT, she held my hand the entire way and she made sure the process was smooth and stress free for me. This was my first home .
It got a little frustrating toward the end when getting our final approval. As we were driving to closing and after we got our clear to close there was still a matter not taken care of by Equifax and Chris Medley regarding our credit history.
I like the total package assistance from finding the home to working the purchase contract and then borrowing the money.

The loan system itself was almost hands free. I had a few form hiccups, but they were due to my utilization of a digital signature instead of wet signing the documents.
