It seemed to be a very long process. The constant monitoring of the credit report seemed a little absurd. Think about changing this process. I had to submit letters every time someone looked at my credit report. I even had to submit a letter when Veterans United looked into my credit report.
Make sure that all document are signed in a timely manner. Please keep the borrower updated when you are waiting for documentation from other sources such as title companies or the builders in order that they may speed up the process.
