It has been twice that veterans united forced me to follow up to confirm that they pay my taxes from my escrow account.I paid my taxes on 2023-2024 and had to send a copy to get reimbursed, but no one responded to my email, even after I wrote in the email to add to the principal of the account. I was just sent a check with no response to my email on 2/23/24.When I refinanced on Sept 2025, I was assured by the loan officer that he would personally make sure this is updated in my escrow account.Nov 5 2025, and I have sent 2 emails to Jon Wachtel, one in Oct 23 and a second on Nov 3, with no response and no update on my account.Called again today (nov 5), and was informed to send the tax bill to another email oscorrespondence.ctax@corelogic.com and to come back on Nov 14 to confirm if the tax payment was completed. Why do I have an escrow account? I will never work with Veterans United again. this back and forth is not worth it.
