Had no major issues
The most frustrating aspect of the "process" is the seeming lack of response between the loan officer, processor and the other offices. I find that better coordination between the various offices would greatly enhance the experience of the individual "waiting" to hear of the progress and further process of their loan. Both Doug and Jared were top notch, very professional and extremely knowledgable in all aspects of the loan process, yet even they became agitated at other offices who seemed to wait for one thing to happen before tackling another. I seemed as though only one hurdle was taken at a time, when if multi-tasking was done, the process would have taken days less. Overall the experience was positive, Doug and Jared did a fine job and they deserve any and all accredidation for accomplishing this process !!

SET UP A SCHEDULE OF ITEM NEEDED AND GO BY IT. WHEN TOLD YOU WOULD BE CALLEDDO IT. DON'T TAKE DAY OFF ARE SEVERAL DAYS OFF AND NOT CALLED ARE REPLY. I WISHED I HAD THE MONEY FOR A DOWN PAYMENT AND DID NOT HAVE TO GO TO VA. I WAS VERYSORRY I WENT WITH THEM.
