train your personnel from the loan officer all the way to the underwriter much much better... the entire experience was a nightmare for myself my wife our families our jobs and both our agent and the sellers agent.

Everyone must always be on the same page. There were a couple of times that we received info from one person on the team and different info from others. Any communication between one should be made available to all the others. Income verification is always the first step in loans, however there was a hold up right before closing due to income issues. This should never be a problem after the first step.
