VUHL could improve the home buying process with answering emails and voice messages in a more timely manner. It also seemed that the process took an extremely long time to complete. We would send in paperwork and documents within 24 hours of request but then it seemed our information would sit for days on end without any progress. I did want to thank Holly King, for all her help and and trying to move the process along more quickly.
E documents need to allow more than one hour before they expire. With all the documentation required to secure a loan, this short turnaround time is impossible unless the borrower is sitting and waiting aa computer.
