As a first time home buyer, Danielle has done an amazing job in helping me through the process and ensuring that I was taken care of!

Lack of communication. Only contact you when they need something, but when you have questions it's "let's get them off the phone asap". Made an $8000 "mistake" by "not clicking a button" before my loan ever started and then tried to fix it with a $1000 concession. Very pushy about when to lock in my rate even though it fell 3 days later to a 30 day low. Stay Away from these guys.

Scott and his whole team do phenomenal work. I genuinely enjoy working with them. Scott's by far the best loan officer I've worked with, he understands the space and what it's like being a veteran on the other side. He should absolutely be looked at to continue growing his responsibility because he knows how to win and keep winning business by taking care of the customer.

The Va United team that worked with, during the process was great. They were always on top of everything and helped us through the whole process until the house was finalized. They even surprised us with a home warming gift that was waiting for us at our new house. Great people to work with. I defiantly would recommend them to handle all your loan needs.
