During my time working with Ross and his team I never had any problems go unanswered. They were always on top of calling or texting about everything and it helped me stay on top of my to-do list. Everything went so smoothly and I can't thank Ross, Eric, and Madeline enough for all of their help and how hard they worked for us.
We could not be happier with the process! Our Veterans United team took out all the guesswork and made sure we closed within our desired time frame. No member of our team was ever unreachable and were great at notifying us of any urgent needs. 10/10 would recommend VU for anyone looking for a seamless home buying experience.

Unfortunately, the underwriting department is the only reason why I didn’t give all 10’s. We got an email the night before closing while we are trying to pack and get everything out of the house we were moving out of and was advised that we still didnt have the approval to close. A Phone call would have been better because we would have seen it in a timely manner and not 2 hours later.
I commend Heidi and her team in pulling in all their resources and favors to make it happen.
I would still recommend Veterans United to friends and family members.

Overall very happy with how things ended up. I believe that maybe it would be a little helpful to check in a little more with the homebuyer on what stage we are in throughout the process, just to help ease the mind a little. But very happy that I got to get the house of my dreams and I'm excited to see what adventures life has next for me
This was the second home I've purchased with the VU team, and especially with Nick Holman!!! I have recommended the VU team, and Nick to all my veteran brothers and sisters. With all the hard work, simplified for me, and the awesome communication the team had, I couldn't ask for a better team to work with. Ill put simple I didn't think the customer service was what it used to be after my first time purchase the customer service was almost one way with the VU team needing information from me and questions from them to me but in regards to myself I had a very tough time at times trying to get a hold of someone to the point where I was asking friends and family questions that I needed to ask the lender due to the fact that they did not call back or leave a message giving an attempt to help out I am appreciative for the work put into my home buying journey but I would of liked to have a better interaction with the entire VU Team

I know how important it is to have a team that’s there for you every step of the way, and I completely understand your frustration with feeling like you couldn’t get the help you needed when you needed it.
You should never feel like you have to turn to friends and family for answers that your lender should be providing.
