Kyle, Chris, Kate, and Arin truly made the process of securing a home loan pretty easy. Honestly, we were dreading it, based on everything we had heard from friends and family about purchasing homes. But the VU team walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, and guided us to successfully collecting the necessary information for the application. Kyle took extra time to explain how points worked and made sure we understood all key loan concepts. We brought a realtor from our community and the team interfaced perfectly with him, making sure he had the information he needed to effectively move on our behalf. The loan team that I had was great. They where open and transparent about everything. The one small issue we did have was quickly resolved by them. As a real estate agent I will recommend them to anyone looking at getting a VA loan. Only complaint is alot of other companies (insurance, home security, etc.) will contact you about selling you their products due to their affiliation to Veterans United.
