My experience went well for the most part, however some of the documents requested of the seller I thought where a bit overboard. This caused major delays in the processing and almost caused the loan to fall through. This caused a lot of undo stress on my wife and I! It all came together in the end and we are happy with our new home. So thank you! We realize that there are a lot of new rules out there but our patients almost ran thin.
