I would definitely recommend working with Veterans United. Even though this was my first home buying experience, it was stress free.
I am chasing a double payment on my homeowners insurance of $2689.00. Homeowners insurance has always been included in closing costs and VU did not synchronize the closing with me and the homeowners insurance company, resulting in a payment being included in closing costs (which is normal) AND my credit card getting billed. I do not have free time chase the refund of my double payment.

Ginny was great but the other members of her team were great to work with too! Lori and Briana stepped in for Amy instances when Ginny wasn't available as well as the other aspects of the loan process. It was pleasurable working with all of them and made buying a house as quick and easy as possible. If/when we decide to move there's no one else that I would choose to get a home loan through other than Veterans United from here on out.
Nathan was amazing to work with! This has been by far the easiest and most enjoyable loan experience we have had! He explained each step and assisted us in closing on our dream home loan early! We definitely recommend him and his team..... the BEST!!

I had worked with several “Big name” companies for the home loan but never got the feeling that they really cared for me, or really tried to give me the best rate. They were painful to deal with.
