My final closing docs had an error that followedm though from intial loan application docs min that a payoff for a Great Basin Auto loan was listed for payoff by error and was never caught until I found them in the all the final closing docs (Disbursment Instructions, HUD1, Loan Appl, and more) that still had this disbursement listed but was never deleted or paid off.
Dan Davis is one of the most professional people I have worked in a very long time. He knows his job well and articulates difficult subjects so I understood them. I feel he really fought for me to get the maximum mortgage at the best rate possible. He communicated items immediately and took care of them so I didn't have to. The next time I, or any of my Veteran friends, need another home loan, I will definitely be looking for Dan again. Not once did I feel like he didn't know what to do. I appreciate it. Thanks Dan.
Damien changed my heart on buying a home. We had just lived a nightmare with our last loan officer and realtor. The realtor was suppose to be a friendof the family and everything went south. We went through three homes in 2 months and my kids for schools in 2 months and that includes them leaving the state for a couple of weeks Wow Damien worked his magic! He promised us he felt a pain and he really worked God definitely moved through him!

John was very thorough; answered all questions. He was a vital link throughout the process; when there appeared that a delay was imminent do to Fidelity sitting on paperwork that was provided, John spoke with them personally. This process ensured that all parties were fulfilling their contract, and that title worked to close in a timely manner. As a first-time home buyer, I have looked into buying in the the past; have spoken with other lenders, and also a loan officer at Vet's United in the past; none were more impressive than John, not even close. He seems to be on top of his game.
The team showed a good amount of patience.
Jeff and his team, especially Justin, are an amazing group of people that truly take care of each customer from start to finish. They are excellent communicators; Veterans United is fortunate to have these people assets on their team, all I can say is, "Thank you for a brilliant job well executed, especially the Customer service!"
if a change is going to be a problem do not tell the customer it won't.
I was a little nervous on how communication would go because of time zones since I am in California but that never was an issue. Barby, Janet and Nathan were always just a phone call away and I never had a problem of getting a hold of them. They were always on top of things and the communication with the 3rd parties with buying our house was awesome. I just can't stop singing their praises. If I had to do this again with out a doubt I would want to do it with them. I am so greatful for veterans united and their team for being trustworthy and transparent. This process was a little stressful at times but knowing they had our backs I knew I could relax.
