By continuing the way the company handles each home loan case and having each loan officers be proactive is the best way. VUHL is already doing this and based on my experience I have no complaints and nothing but Compliments!!!

The loan tracker was very inaccurate. I checked it daily and at one point it said I had outstanding items and was overdue on stages. I called Roxanne Helmka about it and she assured me that I was on track and need not worry about what the loan tracker said. Pleas make sure you update the loan tracker for future home buyers using your VUHLs.

Honestly there is nothing more I believe Garrison Foster or Victor Johnson could have done any if differently than they did. Both were always very helpful ,professional , organized and answered any questions or concerns I had thru the process.

From my experience I do not see any improvement needed. I had excellent customer service. The team was awesome. Ben Choi went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a smooth transition while building our home. God Bless the VUHL team an keep taking care of families!

That is was suggested to the Veteran to get pre aproved. The paper work is on real an the rushing really wears you down. So to be preaproved would work so much smother. Glad we did it , but at some points we almost quit. Also the loan officer would get together with you an let you know what all the money was about. We went in Blind was not happy that we were held up because of the mix up of a credit card of my wifes. So we didn't get to close till the next mo.witch cost us more money for the extra days. That was not right. We called about about it an was told not to worry about that . I think just calling the day of signing and telling us Just what our side of the closing was with no other explanation was unprofessional of our VUHLO , but would like to say Thank for the opportunity to buy a dream come true for the rest of our lives. We realy love Our Home

Have underwriters do a better job of asking for infomation only once and in a more timely fashion. My loan tookalmost SIX MONTHS to complete. the things that they should look at are 1- how well has the client been paying on their current loan, 2-if the new note will be lower, then the client should be able to keep up paying as they have been on their current loan.

Help the future buyer know the fees and charges that are involved with transaction, the funding fee verses the closing cost and come up with firm sales price and stick to it

Just continue to give your outstanding service. Our Loan Officer was Joe Choi and he was fantastic. He knows what he is doing and you need more folks like him. If I ever had the need to use your Companies Service, I would request him anytime.

Only thing I can say is asking for same paperwork a couple different times so I just started sending it to both people.

Keep doing what you are doing. I was told by other veterans that a VA loan would take longer and be more difficult than what it was.

Felt that Chey was unorganized and at times condicending. She seemed to be accusitory about when we purchased a veichle loan month before refinance and our credit history was checked claiming that they ?? pulled our credit after we got the loan. It was all done with in days. Also there was the request for a termite inspection when I was unable to find an inspector in our area she seemed rude about the matter. Things seemed unorganized, we received the packet. Then we needed to send more information. We were told the inspection was finally ordered after a month of paperwork. Then needed more years tax returns. Were told we needed a water inspection. Were told we needed to send proff of retirment account funds when it was already sent in our inital packet. Were told we needed to then send 2012's W-s...... One thing after another. Why could we get a list with everything you needed in the first packet and then be done????

I'm not sure there is anything that VUHL can do to improve. We are satisfied from beginning to end because Eric kept us informed each step of the way. He is an exemplary employee and should be commended for his fine performance.

The loan officer needs to keep the buyers informed regarding the process more effectively as what steps lead to the next one the home is chosen and in contract.

Have fewer people involved in the loan process. I think we were in contact with 4 or 5 different people by the time we closed. One of the last individuals called and told us we didn't need any money at closing (we needed $41,000). When told that he must be mistaken, he said he hadn't even seen our file. What a waste of time. Never did hear from him again. Tyler Sadich was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process.
