The experience was great.
There were a couple of incidents of miscomunication between myself, the loan officer, and her assistants. Not a major deal but at times it was a bit confusing for us. I would just recommend that for future loans that each loan team familarize themselves with each loan that comes in so prospective clients can talk to any member of the loan team and get answers without having to go to one specific person. I would also recommend that once a week that your team sends out a progress update to the clients to see exactly where we are in the loan process.
From the experience that I've seen with VUHL is outstanding, there's not much more that you can do with a company that has the experience that VUHL has.Keep up the good work.
