I have been getting countless offers from other loan companies trying to buy my loan for refinancing. Veteran's United has a feature on it's customer account page that informs you if it's the right time to refinance. Thanks to Veteran's United, we didn't fall into any loan refinance traps from the "vultures" that were circling as soon as the waiting period expired. Thanks Veteran's United!
Matt was absolutely incredible, his communication was unmatched, he always kept us up to date on the next step in the process. He was extremely knowledgeable, he answered all of my wife's million questions. He was on top of everything. Not to mention, him and his team went above and BEYOND-- they sent our dogs toys and treats which they haven't been able to let go of ever since. Its those personal touches that really made this experience stand out, and so positive. I thought buying a home was going to be worlds more stressful but Matt and Cole made this process seamless. I would recommend VU to any of my friends from the military for them to buy a house. Matt and Cole made sure we were in good hands the whole time and I would want my friends to have the same experience. Veterans United stuck by their word and kept us fully up to date throughout the entire process of our original home loan and again through the refinance process when interest rates dropped (they are the ones who told us about the dropped rate too).
Overall, this has been the easiest process I probably have gone through in my life. This is my wife and I's first home, and first home buying experience. I thought buying a home for the first time was going to be so tedious and scary, but MyVeteransUnited have made this so simple and easy. I am elated in how the process went, and how Rob/His team were some of the easiest and nicest people to work with.
