I primarily worked with Kim Ahrens and Mallory Fuller. Talk about a dynamic duo! It took around a year for me to get into the process of buying a house. During this entire year, Kim would follow up every few weeks to check in and guide me through the steps to stay home ready. Once the home buying process began, Kim would answer any question at any time. Yes, even on the weekends. After the initial phase, Mallory Fuller was my new point of contact to guide me through the loan process. To my benefit, she was just as great as Kim. Every time I had an update in regards to the loan, an email was sent followed by a phone call. I definitely had a few questions and felt confident in being able to call Mallory at any time. It is safe to say that their customer service is some of the best I have ever had the privilege of working with and I would be more than happy to have them on my team anytime, anywhere! Thank you both again!

Amazing team, made the process easy and painless.

Overall I was very happy and grateful for this fantastic opportunity to work with VA and people who have nothing but your wellbeing in mind.
Thank you!

I needed to buy a home in a very short time frame and I was pretty nervous about my first home purchase but the whole team made this a very smooth and stress free experience. I will definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing a home!

Your logistics are horrible. Both the buyer and myself felt very out of the loop. On signing day, the seller said he was past waiting and almost called the deal off. Another day and no go!
Response from Veterans United
Thank you for this feedback. A member of our Client Advocate Team is availble to discuss our borrower's experience in further detail. We understand how the home buying process can get stressful, especially when unexpected delays occur. While we cannot change the experience you or they had, we want to ensure that no other Veterans have this same experience in the future. Discussing this and learning how we might look to improve is part of our commitment to provide outstanding customer service.
My team was fantastic. Everyone was so helpful, supportive, and encouraging. This wasn’t the first home we’ve purchased, but it was the very best experience. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home.

Veterans united is lucky to have Aaron Hayes working with them because he could be a fixer in Hollywood. The guy is personable and will work through anything , while being the kind of honest you need while going through the process.

Keep up the good work..

To all Veterans, if you thinking about home buying, give Veterans United a call see what you qualify for. And watch everything pop into place.

Aidan and his team were outstanding! I have talked to two people who at the same time as me were using local VA lenders and both of them had complaints about timeliness and waiting on responses. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am very thankful for the hard work that Aidan and Kimberly put in to get my family and myself in our new house. 11/10.

Couldn't ask for a more helpful group of people if I had to do it again. I will call them. Thank you very much

Deena, while a fine person, needs to work on her communication with the inter-office team and the fine nuances of her job and what it entails. For instance, I asked her to send me the Gift Letter in Docusign format. She told me she couldn't do that. I opened up the app and there it was already in Docusign format. That's just one for instance. There are several of those.

I chose Veterans United from the internet not even knowing If they were legit or not, best gut feeling I have made in a while. From the moment I hit submit this process took so much relief from me. Every team member that contacted me was so nice and informative. Any questions or concerns I had was answered in a timely manner. Thank you Veterans United for fulfilling my dream.

10/10 will recommend to every vet I know.
