Veterans United Home Loans is the best finance company we ever used. We finance a home with we them and our loan officer John Schnurbusch worked hard did a great job to get us a great rate. We did two refinances with our home through Veterans United and requested John to handle both of them each time. Again, he did a great job getting rates we were comfortable with. The entire process was extremely messy, multiple email threads, no real organization or checklist, we had to push closing multiple times due to underwriting miscommunication issues. Unfortunately I will not refer anyone, and will not use Veterans United again.
