The team of Julia, Sarah, and Jesse is the greatest thing that happened in my life and I considered it for my lifetime. Because without them, I will not able to purchase the home that I wanted. They guided me to the whole process of buying the house, communicated me the important details and information almost everyday. Julia and Sarah are hands down OUTSTANDING and AMAZING person.
Honestly would never used VU again. Next to zero communication, way too many people on your “team”… no one answers phone calls, everything is done through text and just aggravating to get clarification. When closing got pushed to the next day, not one person from the team reached out to me to explain why nor previously did they explain what needed to be done. The notary was more helpful than the team.

Overall great honest experience
The whole team at Veterans United are outstanding. I always heard horror stories about dealing with the VA and they were totally unfounded. There is not one thing I would change about this buying process. It was smooth easy and I’m so glad I went through the VA.

Being a first time home buyer, the general idea at times was somewhat scary and intimidating, however the amazing folks at veterans united were very understanding and insightful in every step of the process. Every questions or concerns that I had were answered in detail, as if the loan team were purchasing the home with you.
