It's true what they say, $ 0 down, don't necessarily need to pay closing costs in my case my house appraised for more then what it was being sold for so I was able to up my purchase price as well as ask the previous owner if he could pay closing costs. Very helpful team and I would 100% recommend Veteran's United to anyone and everyone. When my family is ready to buy I know who to call and when wife and I are ready for house #2 all I gotta do is Look up Gwen Creel.

When I first started the home searching process I met with a random realtor to look at a property and when I said I was pre-approved with Veterans United she replied to not go through with it because she had heard bad things as well as she had clients that a loan through VU fell through at the last minute.
I am SO glad that I did NOT listen to that person because I had nothing but the opposite and I had the BEST experience ever! Veteran’s United truly made our crazy home buying situation so easy! They were on top of their stuff and were able to have us all squared away and ready to close on our house so fast! Our loan officer Stephen was so quick to respond to us and answer any questions we had. We felt like he became apart of the family!
