It was a lot of work but VU have some great staff. Harley was very approachable and made my experience a lot easier. VU was easier and friendlier than other mortgage broker/company I worked with. I would recommend VU.

This is my second home with veteans united and it was an amazing experience both times.. they made it super easy to get thru a complicated process. Their app is super easy to use and very organized. I would 10/10 reccomend them to any military member. Its hard finding people and companies that understand the lingo and ask the right questions/request the correct document. But Veterans united is that company
Alan did a great job leading the entire process. I appreciate the communication, insight, and casual yet professional manner that he handled everything. Taking on home buying is stressful so having someone that can make conversations feel down to earth is truly valuable. Kate was great with making sure everything was getting submitted and informed me quickly when things were needed so we could stay on our timeline.
I can only say my recommendation for your company is the very highest. All of your people that dealt with me were outstanding. Your Internet website is very user-friendly. I liked it very much. The concierge Function was new to me and so very helpful. Great idea. The loan coordination was very user-friendly and greatly helped keep the process going in the right direction at all times.
