Veterans United stuck by their word and kept us fully up to date throughout the entire process of our original home loan and again through the refinance process when interest rates dropped (they are the ones who told us about the dropped rate too).
Overall, this has been the easiest process I probably have gone through in my life. This is my wife and I's first home, and first home buying experience. I thought buying a home for the first time was going to be so tedious and scary, but MyVeteransUnited have made this so simple and easy. I am elated in how the process went, and how Rob/His team were some of the easiest and nicest people to work with.
