Phenomenal experience with my VU team. Everything went very quickly and extremely smooth. Not a single issue and they handled everything.
Only issue is had during this adventure was following up on paperwork. I felt if I didnt keep track and stay on top of the paperwork the ball would get dropped. I had a 2 week period waiting to close and during that time I was out of town and was not in touch. We'll low and behold closing day came and they didn't submit paperwork that was completed in more than enough time to not miss close. But when push came to shove the title company and close team figured out how to get us back on track and closed the same day.
