As a Veteran, I am truly grateful for companies such as, Veterans United, that provide such great service in helping us Veterans use one of our many benefits, a VA loan.
Alice Schneider was great. She explained everything and, day or night, I was able to get a hold of her with any questions. She really helped my family and I.
Having gone through the process of buying homes in the past, we were very impressed with at the professionalism of Grant and the staff at Veterans United as well as the personal attention we received. There was no stress involved, and we did not feel like just another "Loan #" being processed. This has been a very pleasant experience as compared to some we've had in the past.
We absolutely would recommend Veterans United to those in need of a home loan.
I'm sorry this is so late. It was a rough move and the internet is not easy to get in the country. Thank you to Joey and Jessica and all the others who were behind the scenes to get this done. Our first home buying experience was a nightmare and this one was a very positive one. We are grateful for all your hard work.
I didn't use one.
Please look into standardizing your underwriting process across all approval levels. In addition to delaying our closing for nearly two full weeks, underwriting kept requesting additional documentation that could have easily been asked for in the beginning of the process.

My wife and I had purchased properties before in MA and in ME, WA seems to have different rules than other states for purchasing real state. For people coming from other states a step by step explanation of the process would be helpful.
Both David and Sarah were a really big help and went above what I expected of a mortage loan company. They were very patient and helped me in everything. I cannot say how much this experince was such a positive one.
My biggest concern with using you for my mortgage was that I was repeatedly asked to sign off on documents that were incomplete and/or incorrect. I pointed this out and even sent in the corrections and waited for the corrections to be made and sent back to sign off. When I was sent them back, I was sent the original documents with no changes made and again asked to sign off even though it was known they were not correct. I had to threaten to go to another lender before these changes were completed so I could sign off. From conversations i had with the processing team this is a standard practice with your company that I did not feel comfortable with. I may recommend this company but it will be with reservations.
Jeff and his final team were great to deal with. Amanda Lakso was great during the closing process, I believe the longest period of time I waited for a response was 8 minutes. Start to finish it was the smoothest transaction I have encountered!
Michelle is just as amazing as our other Michelle. She has educated us through the entire process and never accepted no as an answer. By far the best in the market.
Window Cooper III was very Outstanding in all Aspects of this journey for Financing My House and I'm very greatful for the Respect and Professionalism you use at all times in this Process . Was a very good experience agent was professional and supportive as well as attentive to my needs. Would have liked a little more hands on in terms of finding a new home. This agent was helpful in the sell of my previous home.
