He's an exceptional pure hearted person. He truly cares about the individual person. he was upfront. Always answered or called back to insure I got the answers I needed. The team I had been assigned was truly a dream team. When I first started the process, I was slightly apprehensive since this was our first time buying a home. However, as I began working with the team more, I felt they actually cared about us finding the home that best matched our needs, and even remembered different aspects of our lives. Any questions I had were quickly and clearly answered. After closing, we even received a little gift box of treats and toys for our animals! Overall, we had a top-notch customer experience working with Donnie and his great team.

Nothing but positive things to say. I was nervous at first and then I felt like the team and treated like they would a family member.
When this journey first began I knew very little about buying a home and had very little expectations. Now I've learned quite a bit more but I don't think that I would be eager to embark on this journey again. No matter how great my team was.

Overall communication was strained. Hard to get a hold of anyone. Buying a home can be stressful and it didn’t feel like this team cared about me or the process. I felt like an inconvenience to them.
