Made the difficult of home buying manageable. Negotiated the short coming of a terrible title company to allow the sale.
First time purchasing a home and it was very nerve wrecking but I knew every step of the way I was in good hands.
Some parts I know can’t be helped with what’s needed to satisfy the loan requirements but could have been more streamlined. Needed better communication for closing. Everything we had set up got pushed back for closing and had to reschedule things and rush moving in.
