This whole process should have been difficult. Instead my whole team made this an easy and fun experience. The personal touch of the cat treat/toy box was very thoughtful and my cats loved it. I will be recommending VU to all my veteran friends and family.
This was my fourth home purchase (and first with VU) and by far the easiest process we've ever had. The electronic platform was super convenient to manage out notifications and documents seamlessly across our computers or phones. Our loan team was top notch. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends, and will use them again next time I am buying a home.
