That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We’ll be looking into your appraisal process to see how we can help avoid similar delays in the future. While Veterans United doesn’t have direct control over third-party providers, we know how important it is to work together to find solutions and keep the process moving for you. The appraisal process is managed directly by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and we understand how stressful it can be when unexpected delays pop up.

I was not prepared for the way I felt all through the process of buying my new home. I was a little worried and flustered at times but Veterans United and the team I was assigned to were great… they eased my mind throughout the process. thanks, Curtis, Leah and Logan.
