Alex Brown was recommended to me from my spouse who had a great experience with working with her in the past on purchasing a home and Alex exceeded expectations!I had a lot of last minute requests through the offer process that she was incredibly responsive through. She also had leave during my loan process and put me in contact with Ashley who supported not missing a beat, but Alex also communicated and reassured us while away (totally above and beyond!!!!).I left working with another broker and as much as it pains me to publish "my spouse was right" on the internet for reference... I could not be happier with Alex and her team! I intend to buy any future residence through her and this VU team and have already started recommending them to friends and family!

Really can't say enough. God said it was time and ya know, he brought me specifically to this team and I was able to buy my first home! I'm not saying there weren't issues along the way,out of mine or my teams control, but this team made this whole thing seamless. Each of them made this happen for me. My loan Officer Kody and his Team ensure I understood the home buying process using the VA Loan and gain our trust throughout the process by building rapport and answering all questions we had at random times.
