I have bought 3 homes now using veterans united. I've never had any issues before closing. However this time my team was or seemed to be more fun. I think that's only because both nicks are veterans (real veterans). I was literally able to close I believe 3 weeks after officially going under contract. Amazing 👏 an they were like me. American patriots. Not liberal woke scum. Although they never said that or spoke politics. Their very professional unlike me, I express it so like I said I can be difficult to work with yet these men an the women I come across briefly deserve highest rating. 🙂
This process was long, stressful and had many ups and downs. But we did it! i could not have done this alone. I am very thankful for Meghan, Aaron, Em and all others in the background from Veterans United who was a part of my team. I found a wonderful home which i am comfortable in an and ready for the next step in life to build this place for me. I will forever be thankful to my team and wish the best for you all~!

There was a moment when I had considered leaving VU due to an adjuster requesting stuff AFTER I was told to send 2 documents and then was cleared to closed. I sent them.
However I kept receiving different requests all
The way up to 2 days prior. This was unacceptable and caused undue stress and the requests were quite petty. After threatening to leave, Aaron escalated it and everything was handeled the day before closing!!! To close for comfort but only thanks to Aaron. I request that underwriter to be counseled on the correct processes. This was my 4th house I’ve purchased so I am aware of the process.
the paperwork was a mess. You wanted too much. I've done a lot of different loans in my 77 years but yours required too much. If I had to do it again, I would maybe investigate using another company. You did pull it off in the end so everything ended up on the positive.
Nathan did a phenomenal job . Communication was very important and he took upon himself to make sure I was inform through the entire process , highly recommended.

Just closed Aug 2024.I am a blessed man. I am a first generation home owner now due to Kaleb and company.I didn’t have the best finances when I started my journey. I lived in a different country for the past 4 years. At the start of the home buying process, I still had collections.When the team at Veterans United found out how dedicated I was to turning that around, they rushed to support me. Reassured that once my finances were in order, they would push me through to obtain a home. They gave me the personal fortitude to make those tough calls to the bill collectors. They gave me confidence that if I stayed true, it would pay off.I truly am thankful to this group of people. I am a real veteran home owner, and am proud. I’ve made everyone in my family proud.
