It's true what they say, $ 0 down, don't necessarily need to pay closing costs in my case my house appraised for more then what it was being sold for so I was able to up my purchase price as well as ask the previous owner if he could pay closing costs. Very helpful team and I would 100% recommend Veteran's United to anyone and everyone. When my family is ready to buy I know who to call and when wife and I are ready for house #2 all I gotta do is Look up Gwen Creel.

When I first started the home searching process I met with a random realtor to look at a property and when I said I was pre-approved with Veterans United she replied to not go through with it because she had heard bad things as well as she had clients that a loan through VU fell through at the last minute.
