A great organization with easy to use interfaces from start to finish.
All I can say it was a really great experience using veterans United. The online application was easy. They walk it through the whole process to include the concierge service and Abby Brown’s help in looking for insurance. if I had a question dealing with the VA and their paperwork, it was just absolutely outstanding. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends who are looking for a house. Rob and Trent did a great job and I really appreciate, their customer service

Personally, I feel the whole process was very good. It was much better than our previous home buying experience. I don't have any major complaints about anyone involved except the Home Appraisor. I know that the VA process is different but it is not acceptable to sit on your work for three weeks or drag your feet about turning in revisions when reviewing an appraisal. Which, speaking of his revisions, I also don't think acceptable for a professional appraiser to need to revise multiple mistakes in their appraisal. I know our team were the ones to catch this and the appraiser seemed rather flippant about his mistakes and his revisions. To conclude, I thought our team, despite their individual quirks, were great but the home appraiser was not even close to the same level of professionalism or efficiency.
