This was my third home purchase with Veterans United. Each one was a great experience and working with VU staff made each purchase so easy. Today in these trying times and this last purchase was due to health reasons made it even more stressful. Think the only thing that was not dead on was expectations for written deliverables, every experience will be different but I had submitted something in written form several times until it was "accepted " by the underwriting etc, after a quick call to Lindsey the misunderstanding was taken care of with a verbal understanding of the situation and the expectations. Otherwise everything was pretty spot on A+

When I started looking for a mortgage team, I went with my previous loan provider, Freedom Mortgage. The loan officer did not seem to have a sense of urgency and was not readily available to reach out to to keep the process quick. I switched to Veterans United and the moment I submitted my application (around midnight!) I received a call to get started and everything went super fast and I was able to be in contact with Trish at any time without issue! I'm glad I went with VU, as they're quick, reliable, and very professional.
