We had a some ups&downs with Veterans United. Unfortunately, one of our team members was absent for a bit for her vacation and the communication dropped slightly for a bit. It did delay our house buying timeframe&was a little messy. Towards the end, our realtor really advocated for us&pushed for our paperwork&move date. She was a Rockstar. Everything worked out in the end&grateful for those who worked hard even after a few delays along the way. Thank you. Still will recommend working with them!

Having a blended family is no easy task. We used Veterans United in 2018 to purchase our 1st home and it was amazing. We recommend VU to my parents who used VU to purchase their home and loved the process and service. Communication was amazing. We chose VU again for those reasons with our second home. While it was painless and quick I felt the Communication was far less this time. Maybe there was just much less to say. I feel like that may be the truth of it but we did feel the service was less personal than before. Overall we are pleased and would still recommend VU to others.
This was my first home buying experience and I looked around before I settled on VU and after speaking to Alexander I knew he would be thorough and direct. I was assisted through phone calls, emails and texts and they made the whole process so easy and understandable.
