Everything that needed to be submitted was on there, all due dates, easy access to our status. They also have their own underwriter so everything is done with them and by them! Not to mention, as a lender serving veterans they definitely get a 10 star or how every many. We got amazing discounts on our security system & home insurance (which they found all the quotes and got me the most affordable option) They also gave our fur babies some gifts and some socks that support Vets! I would have expected the buy down on points to be handled differently. I also think that instead of having me extend the rate, when the rate fell that we would have automaticly been given the lower rate.
