It's true what they say, $ 0 down, don't necessarily need to pay closing costs in my case my house appraised for more then what it was being sold for so I was able to up my purchase price as well as ask the previous owner if he could pay closing costs. Very helpful team and I would 100% recommend Veteran's United to anyone and everyone. When my family is ready to buy I know who to call and when wife and I are ready for house #2 all I gotta do is Look up Gwen Creel.
