Can’t thank Matt,Bryan,Kristin, and the whole Vetrans United team they were great beginning to the end. I just hope they don’t have to go thru that ordeal with anyone else. Like I mentioned above 3 days from closing the owner of the house was killed in a car crash. So it went to probate court finally had an executor of the property. Than she passed away days before we could close again. There is so much to tell I can’t fit it in. The only complaint is that there was constantly something asked of me on Friday afternoons outside of my normal business hours that could have been handled more quickly and easily earlier in the week.
My team was absolutely amazing! Right before my husband and I received a package from them. It was a house warming present. But this was no generic stencil gift that everyone got. It was so thoughtful and personalized that I almost cried. I had only mentioned that I had a couple parrots in passing. Inside the gift were cuttle bones, bird food, and other things. I would recommend these wonderful people to anyone buying a house, again and again.
This was truly the best experience I have ever had with any type of loan. The team that I was supplied with made sure that everything went off eithout a hitch. Working with me to ensure every problem that came up and every questions asked was taken care of quickly and with extreme professionalism. I truly cannot thank them all enough and would/have recommend(ed) them to every single military person I know or meet coming to the area. I have heard so many horror stories about home buying and I have nothing but good things to say about all of it!
