We used Veterans United in 2018 to purchase our 1st home and it was amazing. We recommend VU to my parents who used VU to purchase their home and loved the process and service. Communication was amazing. We chose VU again for those reasons with our second home. While it was painless and quick I felt the Communication was far less this time. Maybe there was just much less to say. I feel like that may be the truth of it but we did feel the service was less personal than before. Overall we are pleased and would still recommend VU to others.
This was my first home buying experience and I looked around before I settled on VU and after speaking to Alexander I knew he would be thorough and direct. I was assisted through phone calls, emails and texts and they made the whole process so easy and understandable.

I've been amazed at the level of service throughout all aspects of this process. Our past two mortgages were through Navy Federal and both times I just felt like a number in the system but VU treated me like a real person. Also our pups say "thanks" for the gifts!
We had the option to go with another lender that had a lower interest rate and still choose the go with Veteran's United. Aaron stayed persistent and was very honest from the start. Although Veteran's United could not match the rate, the seamless process made up for it. I could not be happier with the decision we made! Keep up the good work!

This was an amazing and easy process. I honestly did not think it would move this fast and easy. I was preparing myself to be searching for months and having issues on the way like how I hear from other people with other companies of course. The team here was amazing and made every process easy where I was not worried cause I knew things would get done or I would be notified.
