Deena had her ups and downs we found a house pretty much without her and her biggest issue is communication. She is a good person and showed us every house we wanted to look at. But communication was weak. She knew what she was looking for for va loans in houses and what would qualify. But during the process communication is important.
keep-up the good work guys.

APART FROM KAYLA, ERIC BARROSO WAS ALSO AWESOME. BOTH KAYLA AND ERIC WERE ALWAYS READY AND AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS I HAD, EVEN IF THEY WERE DUMB AND SILLY. THEY ARE THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COURTESY. THANKS TO ERIC AND KAYLA I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO MY FRIENDS.
Your company was able to meet or exceed every expectation we had for how a mortgage should be handled. This was our first experience purchasing a home and we will be going with Veterans United again on our next home purchase.
Customer service is a dying art these days. Ryan' a team are exceptional and you should be proud have them as employees!
Catie Wilson and Team "SUPER" as Well!!!, Thank you all for making life a bit easier! "GOD BLESS AMERICA"John and LaVerle aka Sissy Paskie Larsen
Once our loan went to underwriting, I cannot say that we were happy with the way things went. We were asked for some items three times. And important items that needed to be ordered (with a 5 day turn around time) were not asked for until after the loan was scheduled to close, therefore adding unnecessary delay.
Your automated systems sent us way too much paperwork and emails, it was a little overwhelming at times.
Theresa was very professional honest, concern at the beginning to the end, she showed me several houses her experience was truly welcome, she went above and beyond to keep me informed of Every detail from the start to finish, she's turly a team player I've already recommended another Soldier her. Thanks Threasa
