The only issues we had during this process fell solely on the title company. They dropped the ball in communicating with our real estate agent and when it came to closing they made it extremely difficult. We finally were able to close on the 12th, and my wife and I were under the impression that we were closing on the 5th. My wife took the 5th through the 9th off to move and was extremely upset that the closing did not happen on the 5th as was relayed to us, as we leave for our honeymoon on the 19th of this month. That gives us 7 days to move into our new place before we leave. Additionally these 7 days include and BLS course, nursing school orientation, Veterinarian visit and possible minor surgery for the dog, as well as my physical for school. So not being able to begin moving on the 5th was a huge source of stress as we now have one week to move and I have to do so around my obligations for school.
You guys are great, this was the easiest home buying experience I’ve ever had.
