When I decided to pursue my ambitions in purchasing a second home, I had no idea what to expect. The process as well as the laws had changed greatly and I did not recall having to meticulously nurture every aspect of the process by continuously submitting (what seems to be) an astronomical amount of documentation. At times, I felt overwhelmingly frustrated and defeated due to the solicitation of the information that the underwriters were asking me to provide. Thankfully my loan officer (Charlie Marshman) kept me informed and aware of the process by explaining to me what the grand scheme of things entails and pointing out the importance of my providing clear concise details of each scenario that arise. Charlie (Mr. Marshman) not only soothed my feelings of frustration, but he also made sure that I would never have to wonder about where I am within the process by formulating an advisory team (Mason Radcliff and Briana Elder) immediately after my file was submitted to the underwriters. The constant communication and consoling discussions that were provided by all of the team members made me feel much better about the process and gave me confidence that this whole ordeal was going to work out in my favor. I would like to (once again) thank Charlie, Mason, and Briana for their professionalism, their support, and (most of all) their EXPERTISE and WEALTH of KNOWLEDGE throughout this entire process.
