


This is the third home that I have either purchased or refinanced with United Veterans, and each has been a pleasure.

Honestly the entire process was easy, as soon as I signed up that I needed a VA home loan, it seemed like a team came running to assist. The understanding of what was needed was clear, and being almost all digital, it was a do it as I had the time.

Veterans United made the process very simple for a first-time homebuyer. Their online portal is easy to use and makes signing documents quick. Katelin was absolutely amazing to work with for our first-time home buying experience. She had our best interest in mind and was a huge help in guiding us through this process. Highly recommend!

Vincent and his team were absolutely outstanding! This was our third home purchase, and I can confidently say it was by far the smoothest loan process we’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, Vincent kept my wife and me fully informed—always quick to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure we understood every step. He went above and beyond to help us secure a great rate, and everything closed right on time with zero last-minute surprises. The level of professionalism and customer service we received was unmatched. I’m so glad we chose Veterans United this time around—it made all the difference!


Started out very good. Ended up missing closing date do to VU not sending me all the paperwork I should have filled out until day before closing. This put my family and I in a hotel for two weeks on my money. Could not get a response from my loan coordinator when I had questions, emailed and left voicemail numerous times. Ended up spending tens of thousands of dollars on a zero down VA loan. Loan officer was away for the closing and it took me threatening to walk away from the deal to get any of his associates to get involved and fix the issues. I have bought and sold several homes on VA loans this is hands down the worst experience I have had. I will not use VU again.

Aaron, Lindsey, and Julia were a phenomenal team for us and we greatly appreciate all they did!

Trip and Levi were exceptional. Buying a home is very stressful but Levi and Trip kept me informed almost daily. Levi definitely let me know if something more was needed from anyone and Trip though we ran into a money issue on literal closing day - he helped me past the finish line with my forever home.
